Hello.I’m Angela
Your Guide in Pelvic, Sexual, & Scar Tissue Wellness
I take a deeply intuitive, holistic approach to healing—honoring the intelligence of the body, the wisdom of the soul, and the sacred transitions we all move through. My work is an invitation to remember that wellness isn’t something you chase—it’s something you return to. Something that already lives within you.
I’m here to walk beside women as they navigate the tender thresholds of transformation—postpartum, menopause, trauma recovery, separation, loss, or simply the quiet ache of becoming. I don’t believe these are seasons to “get through”—I believe they’re sacred invitations to slow down, feel deeply, and root into your truth.
With over six years of experience, I offer nervous-system-informed bodywork, somatic practices, scar tissue remediation, and trauma-informed coaching. My work helps soften and unwind the patterns that keep us stuck—whether those patterns live in the body, emotions, or psyche—so that your deeper voice can emerge.
Through presence, touch, and attuned listening, I support you in reclaiming your boundaries, your pleasure, your voice, and your right to wholeness.
Living Transformation
Like so many healers, my professional path began with my own journey of transformation and healing.
For years, I lived with a quiet discontent that eventually became impossible to ignore. My awakening was gradual, born from a deep well of exhaustion, resentment, and frustration in my marriage. I had fallen into patterns of self-bypass, enmeshment, and self-forgetting—abandoning my own physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while trying to hold everything together.
It felt impossible to express my desires, my boundaries, my truth. I could feel what was true in my body—but I didn’t yet know how to give it voice.
After the births of my three children, my body began to speak louder: I experienced a prolapsed bladder, two hernias, diastasis recti, interstitial cystitis, and layers of scar tissue—both physical and emotional. I looked for answers in the medical world, but they couldn’t see me. And still, I kept giving. Kept pushing. Kept putting everyone else first. It felt impossible to slow down enough to tend to myself.
And under it all, another truth emerged:
My sexuality. My erotic self. My longing to be seen as a whole woman.
Not just a caretaker. Not just a body to endure.
I began to feel the ache of my own unmet desires and the shame wrapped around them.
Eventually, the symptoms, the sensations, and the silences all became a sacred language—my body’s way of asking me to listen. To return. To include myself.
That’s when I began to do the real work: tending to my nervous system, my emotions, my body, and my voice.
I began to choose myself—not in rebellion, but in reverence.
Reclaiming my agency, making space for my truth, and honoring my erotic and emotional landscape became the foundation of my healing. And from that place, I now hold space for others on their path of remembering.
An Integrated, Holistic Approach to Healing
I work with individuals in a deeply integrated and holistic way—supporting the body, heart, and mind as one interconnected system. What we often think of as “symptoms” are, to me, invitations. When we approach them with curiosity and compassion, they can lead us directly to the roots of distress—and to the body’s own innate capacity for healing.
My approach blends hands-on bodywork, somatic practices, and conscious conversation. Every session is unique, responsive, and collaborative—guided by your body’s wisdom and your own pace.
In a session with me, you might experience deep dialogue, somatic awareness practices, breath, hands-on scar tissue remediation, nervous system resourcing, or guided touch education. It all depends on what you’re needing most in that moment of your journey.
Some of the modalities and approaches I bring into our work together:
S.T.R.E.A.M
A gentle and powerful approach to pelvic wellness and whole-body healing.
I work with conditions like prolapse, tears, diastasis recti, interstitial cystitis, vaginismus, incontinence, cesarean birth recovery, and post-surgical scar tissue. Together, we invite the body to remember its capacity for softness, connection, and integration.
Sexological Bodywork
As a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, I believe that sexual health, erotic education, and pleasure are not luxuries—they’re basic human rights, and vital aspects of wellbeing.
My work helps you explore your erotic self safely, consciously, and without shame. Learn more here: https://sexologicalbodyworkers.org/
Nervous System Awareness & Embodiment
Your nervous system is more than just your stress response—it’s the sacred interface between your body and your soul. It shapes how you receive life, how you listen inwardly, how you relate to others, and how you open to the unseen.
In our work together, we explore your nervous system as both a compass and a guide—revealing where you feel safe, where you feel shut down, and how to gently return to a state of presence where your truth, intuition, and Spirit can come through. This is the gateway to self-trust, deeper embodiment, and soulful alignment.
Embodied Boundaries & Consent
This is the practice of staying with yourself—of honoring your truth, your pace, and your "yes" or "no" as sacred.
Through gentle touch, somatic education, and embodied communication, I support you in reconnecting with what feels right for you, especially in moments when you’ve been conditioned to override it. Together, we unravel old patterns of self-abandonment—compliance, collapse, or people-pleasing—and begin to re-pattern the nervous system toward safety in clarity, choice, and self-devotion.
This work is not about building walls—it’s about building trust within. It’s how we remember that you are worth staying with, and that honoring your boundaries is not a rejection of others, but a deep act of reverence for yourself.
Shame Transformation
We create a safe, inclusive space where all parts of you—especially the parts you’ve hidden—are welcome.
This is where shame begins to soften, transform, and dissolve. From here, we grow empowerment, self-acceptance, and deeper connection with self and others.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
As a certified NLP Practitioner, I bring in tools to gently reframe limiting beliefs and support the subconscious in creating new, aligned patterns of thinking and behaving.
Yoga & Somatic Movement (RYT 200)
Movement is medicine. Breath is a guide.
As a registered yoga teacher, I offer intuitive movement practices to support integration and reconnection—anchoring the physical body as a place of belonging and restoration.
My sessions include a focus on core and pelvic floor awareness, using gentle, functional movements to support strength, coordination, and resiliency in these foundational areas. These practices help you rebuild connection with your body in a way that feels safe, steady, and true to your own pace.
