At Muscio Wellness, I’m honored to walk alongside those navigating the ever-changing landscapes of life. Healing isn’t a destination—it’s an unfolding, a gentle revealing of what has always been within you. Much of what we seek in healing isn’t something to be added but rather something to be restored—buried under layers of experience, expectation, and habit. My approach is about guiding you back to yourself, working from the inside out to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and innate capacity for transformation.

Because true healing takes time and depth, I offer my work in three-session packages, each thoughtfully designed to support you through different phases of your journey.

These sessions are focused on and around but not limited to:

Focus: Enhancing Eros

Somatic sex education is for people seeking to come into a more authentic relationship with and expression of their sexual selves. Session work will address scripts and norms related to sexuality and can include hands-on bodywork and anatomy education.

This work empowers individuals to know themselves without expectations and to experience themselves in each changing moment.

Focus: Holistic Scar Tissue

Holistic scar tissue sessions are for all people struggling with physical scar tissue as well as emotional scar tissue. Sessions will address the nature and impact of scars, both physical and emotional. Clients can expect hands-on scar tissue remediation work, as well as emotional scar tissue work.

Scars resolve when we are willing to be with them – scar tissue remediation is liberation.

Focus: Embodied Boundaries

Sessions focused on embodied boundaries are designed to help individuals feel and vocalize their needs and wants. This important, innovative work encourages clients to feel boundaries in their bodies, work with discernment, and ultimately, learn to express them. Work will include somatic and conversational approaches.

Embodying boundaries is a lifelong practice of including yourself in the world.
