Tending The Threads

Tending the Threads

Tending the Threads is a gathering for women who have spent so much of their lives holding, tending, caring, and keeping things together.

It is for the women who often stay focused on their families, their responsibilities, and the needs around them, while quietly setting their own support aside.

For the women who go inward and sometimes stay there for a long time.

For the women who push through what feels heavy, overwhelming, or expected of them, even when something inside longs to soften, pause, and be held.

For the women who feel they do not always have a place to land.

A place where nothing is required.

A place where they can simply arrive as they are, without expectation, demand, or needing to explain themselves.

Tending the Threads is about remembering the little frays of yourself that have drifted from the core of you, from your heart.

It is about noticing the places where parts of you have become unthreaded, unbraided, or stretched thin from the wholeness of who you are.

And instead of judging those places, fixing them, or trying to become someone new, we begin to gently tend to them.

We begin to gather the threads.

We begin to invite ourselves back home.

This circle is a space to learn how to trust yourself again. To trust your body. To trust your own pace. To experience being with other women in a way that does not ask you to over-give, perform, or abandon yourself in order to belong.

Through subtle body-based practices, we will explore what it feels like to come back into ourselves with gentleness, presence, and care.

Not through force.

Not through fixing.

Not through trying to be better.

But through listening.

Through feeling.

Through allowing the body to become a place of comfort, honesty, and return.

About this space

I am a body-based practitioner, and I deeply value the ways we process through conversation, reflection, and being witnessed. Talking can help us understand our thoughts, our sadness, our confusion, and the stories we have carried.

But I also know that the body holds the fuller expression of our lives.

The body holds what we have moved through.

What we have endured.

What we have forgotten.

What we have protected.

And often, the body also holds the way back to ourselves.

My intention for Tending the Threads is to create a space where women can experience comfort in themselves exactly as they are in the moment.

There is no fixing here.

No getting it right.

No pressure to be more healed, more open, more clear, or more put together.

You are already worthy of support.

You are already allowed to arrive as you are.

You are already whole, even in the places that feel tender, tangled, tired, or unfinished.

This is a space for acceptance.

For staying with yourself.

For honoring your own inner rhythm.

For remembering that every expression of you belongs.

Tending the Threads is a donation-based offering.

My intention is to create a space that feels warm, inviting, honest, and real, where you can experience yourself through the wisdom of the body, not only through words.

Pelvic Temple - Honoring the Sacred Bones that Hold You

In this immersive workshop, we gather in a sacred space to reconnect with the foundational wisdom of our bodies—especially the bones.

Through yoga, nervous system attunement, bone-holding, breath, and guided reflection, we begin to listen to the parts of ourselves that hold us up, carry us forward, and quietly witness every chapter of our lives.

At the heart of this experience is bone-holding—a gentle somatic practice where the bones of the pelvis are held with reverence and stillness. This is not fixing. It is being with. In the warmth and gravity of presence, the body softens. The mind quiets. The self remembers. The pelvis, our center of gravity and origin of movement, is honored here as the seat of life, agency, and inner authority. Too often ignored or held in tension, we invite it into awareness with care, curiosity, and respect.

Through this workshop, you’ll explore: Gentle, grounding yoga to awaken embodied presence Bone-holding practices that restore safety, sovereignty, and deep listening Somatic meditations that help you inhabit your body with compassion Nervous system regulation tools to support inner calm and resilience Partner or solo exercises that nurture healthy boundaries and self-trust Reflective journaling and soulful inquiry to integrate your experience A closing ritual to anchor self-love into your bones and your being.

This is a space to remember that you are whole. That your bones are ancient. Sacred. Enough. Come home to the body that has always held you.

Come home to yourself.
